About

Lynette Baker is a visionary, strategist, and executive transformation life and leadership facilitator and coach.  She currently serves executives with ambiguous, complex, and multidimensional business and life opportunities and challenges.  She brings a soft, yet powerful, intuitive presence to her clients to support their journey. 

Prior to facilitation and coaching, as a former Vice President in Capital Markets for over 15 years, Lynette has successfully developed strategies, built highly cohesive teams, created roadmaps, and implemented to completion. She boasts subject matter expertise in Banking, Capital Markets, Finance, Compliance, and Technology.  Her final corporate contribution was leading the internal readiness for the industry change, Single Security, across the functions of Wells Fargo Bank, working with FHFA, SIFMA, Government Enterprises, and other banking organizations.  

Other significant accomplishments include bringing people together from cross-functions, focusing on the need of the customer, using boundary spanning leadership to create and develop a major technology trading platform that has sustained the business over the years.  She has also built both strong internal and external relationships, and analyzed and remediated complexities to reduce risk, including third-party risk.    

Lynette has an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Missouri Science & Technology in Rolla, MO. She has completed coursework at the Center for Creative Leadership in La Jolla, California and has studied leadership theory, cases, and frameworks, and educates and applies this foundational knowledge consistently in her work.  Finally, she is professionally certified as a coach through an international organization.   

She is based in the St. Louis area, Wildwood, Missouri and takes on assignments across the U.S. and Internationally.

She offers leadership and life coaching, facilitation, leadership education, and consulting services.
